NAAD held it's 2009 Conference of Archdeacons and Formation Directors at the Duncan M. Gray Camp and Conference Center outside Canton, Mississippi, from March 19 to March 22. Some notes of the business of the conference are found below:
In the last year, NAAD has been the beneficiary of good research conducted in association with the former Office for Ministry Development, the Proclaiming Education for All Task Force, and members and staff of own organization. The results of those studies are now posted below.

Many of the Center for Anglican Learning and Leadership’s (CALL's) courses are designed in collaboration with the North American Association for the Diaconate. These courses may be used for continuing education opportunities for deacons, as well as for preparation for deacons in training. Look for NAAD markers throughout the CALL catalog. NAAD members are entitled to the team discount registration rate for any CALL course. When registering, indicate NAAD as your team.
