Niptir Icon
Niptir Icon.
Several years ago, NAAD commissioned an icon from iconographer Lucia Dugliss. The Niptir (or “the Holy Ablution”) is based on a medieval Greek or Byzantine original. Thanks to a large number of small donations we solicited at the NAAD conference in Atlanta, the project did not come from the NAAD operating budget. Reproductions of the Niptir for sale. You may want one in your office, or to give to someone special.
